Content Designer to lead content creation and be a subject matter expert, working closely with designers to apply writing skills to an established product. The ideal candidate has previous experience in content design, product writing, or writing for educational/instructional material.
Responsibilities
- Lead content creation and be a subject matter expert
- Collaborate with other writers to maintain and deliver content guidelines
- Conduct user research and create test plans, interview guides, test scripts and analysis documents
- Help shape the role of content in the design process and partner with product managers for legal, risk and compliance reviews
Requirements
- Previous experience in content design, product writing, or writing for educational/instructional material
- Excellent communication and confidence in explaining work and decision making skills
- Ability to work independently but also collaboratively
- Good prioritization skills
- UX writing experience is highly desired
- A good understanding of industry regulations/governance
