The UX Researcher will develop research plans and lead user research throughout the product lifecycle. They will present findings to cross-functional teams and coordinate with the lead researcher.
Responsibilities
- Develop research plans, workflows, user task analysis, personas, journey/experience maps, process flows, and service blueprints
- Lead in user research through every stage of the product lifecycle
- Present findings to cross-functional teams and negotiate trade-offs between business goals, technical challenges, and customer experience
Requirements
- Skilled in moderated interviews, unmoderated usability tests, surveys, and other foundational UX research methods
- Advanced Excel skills to help with analysis and representation via pivot/charts
- Bachelor's degree or additional equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience related to user experience research & analysis
