UX Writer - Content Designer (12 months FTC - renewable)

You will support the content design and UX writing function, collaborating with various teams to craft engaging content that enhances user experience. Your role includes creating design solutions, writing user-facing copy, and developing content strategies aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions to solve user problems, enhance the user experience, and achieve business goals
• Write user-facing copy that helps people understand our features and get the most out of Goodnotes
• Help us come up with new names and terms for products and tools
• Refine and update content design guidelines
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and user needs
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, often with varying scopes and timelines

Requirements

• Around 5 years of content design or UX writing experience, preferably in software design
• Experience working on cross-platform (iOS, Android, desktop) products
• Experience working on products that appear in different markets, cultures, and languages
• Sharp, clear, and concise writing with the ability to adapt style and tone to different contexts
