Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior or Staff Product Designer to join their Design team and help shape the future of mental health technology. This role involves driving strategic product initiatives, designing end-to-end user experiences, and leading cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic product initiatives from concept to launch
- Design and prototype end-to-end user experiences with pixel-perfect execution
- Champion design excellence by treating product as an extension of our brand
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and other stakeholders
- Strategic leadership within the design organization, helping to shape team culture and design standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Senior-level experience with proven track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives
- Experience working on consumer-facing products with significant user impact
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design principles
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
