A Lead UX Designer is needed to lead a small team of UX designers and researchers, managing work intake, communicating timelines and resource needs, and designing innovative solutions to make users more productive.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of UX designers and researchers
- Design innovative solutions to make users more productive
- Understand research findings and incorporate them into designs
- Communicate designs through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes as needed
- Collaborate with other designers to critique designs, build on standards, and contribute to the upstream technical design language
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in UX design
- Experience leading small teams, managing stakeholders, and mentoring others
- History of providing business value through User Experience Design
- Past experience in Oil and Gas or IT Operations is a plus
