Hybrid Contract Mid-level
Internal creative studio seeking a skilled production/graphic designer with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional design and production skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and edit templated sell sheets, brochures, reports, and various digital and print materials
- Complete quick edits on previously created assets
- Resize projects to updated specifications
- Create and refine Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates
Requirements
- Expert-level understanding of print production and digital prepress processes
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
- Strong skills in photo selection, cropping, and light retouching
- Deep knowledge of printing/prepress requirements, including image quality checks, color accuracy, and proper mechanical setup before final release
- BFA/BS degree preferred, ideally in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related creative field
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant production work (brochures, reports, digital assets, pre-press materials)
- 5+ years of experience in production and graphic design
