Responsibilities
- Lead design from concept to launch for 0-1 products
- Drive, test, and advocate for rapid experimentation
- Create and evangelize innovative design systems and visual languages
- Act as the voice of the user in cross-functional squads
- Collaborate deeply with PMs, engineers, and researchers to uncover insights, define requirements, and shape product vision
- Champion a culture of learning and curiosity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven track record envisioning, building, and shipping 0-1 digital products
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding product design skills
- Great communication skills
