Define and refine user journeys for the primary product suite and design and prototype interactions for an AI-driven research product. Collaborate with Product Managers and Fullstack Engineers to bring design concepts into production and validate shipped features based on user feedback.

- Define and refine user journeys for the primary product suite
- Design and prototype interactions for an AI-driven research product
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Fullstack Engineers to bring design concepts into production
- Validate shipped features and recommend improvements based on user feedback and product analytics
- Contribute to roadmapping and scoping by shaping requirements and estimating design effort
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Experience with interaction design, information architecture, and design systems
- Knowledge of Figma, prototyping tools, and user testing
- Ability to solve complex problems and build user-friendly solutions
