Senior Product Designer

Lead end-to-end design work, from user research and concepting to high-fidelity prototyping and production. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure we build the right experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design work, from user research and concepting to high-fidelity prototyping and production
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (PMs, engineers, and fellow designers) to ensure we build the right experiences for customers
• Contribute to and evolve Datadog’s cohesive design language and overall UX vision across products and platform
• Advocate for user needs through thoughtful design decisions and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Develop deep expertise in your focus area while sharing knowledge and best practices across the broader design team

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably within SaaS or other complex systems
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design execution with measurable impact and high-quality user experiences
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Framer, InVision, Principle)
