Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for core features across web and mobile
- Create clean, dev-ready Figma files using components, variants, auto-layout, and organized libraries
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes
- Lead user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate assumptions and guide product decisions
- Turn complex business logic into simple, intuitive UX
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional product design experience
- Mastery of Figma, including components, variables, interactive prototypes, and design systems
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX flows, UI design, and complex problem-solving
- Ability to simplify workflows and clearly communicate design decisions
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
