Senior Product Designer

Lead end-to-end product design across discovery, UX, IA, and UI. Turn complex B2B financial and workflow problems into intuitive, consumer-grade user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design across discovery, UX, IA and UI
- Run design research, workshops, user testing and leverage AI to validate ideas early
- Develop, maintain and advocate for our design system and reusable components
- Help shape processes that support quality, speed and consistency
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering for clear, collaborative handoff
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, with at least 3 years designing B2C or dense but simple B2B SaaS product experiences
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process - from research and exploration through to shipped products with measurable outcomes
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design decisions that drive impact for users and the business
- Deep understanding of information architecture and UX design, interaction design patterns, UI and usability principles
- Ability to design for multiple user types within a single product (administrators, end users, support teams, managers)
Key Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design systems
- Understanding of technical constraints and how to work effectively with engineers
- Actively exploring how AI can accelerate design work - from research synthesis to design exploration to content generation
