The Lead Product Designer will spearhead design initiatives, ensuring high standards of creativity, usability, and brand coherence across all product aspects. This role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to oversee the user experience from conception to launch.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead design initiatives and ensure the highest standards of creativity and usability
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to oversee the user experience
- Contribute to strategic decisions and help shape priorities and scope
- Design and prototype solutions that meet customer needs and achieve business outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design principles and processes
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
