You will be responsible for maintaining, auditing, and releasing Figma files monthly, ensuring adherence to the Figma Playbook and design system libraries. Your work will involve optimizing workflows and collaborating with R&D and Services teams to streamline design processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, audit, and release Figma files monthly, ensuring strict adherence to the Figma Playbook and the latest design system libraries
- Ensure design parity by auditing design files against their live product counterparts and the Figma Playbook
- Optimize workflows by collaborating with R&D and Services teams to evaluate and execute file refactoring initiatives
- Preemptively identify and resolve Figma bugs and instances of component misuse within design files
- Analyze results from AI test automation to pinpoint bugs, recommend solutions, and report where issues need to be addressed
- Contribute to standards by providing expert input on the creation and maintenance of documentation and guidelines for the team's Figma Playbook
Requirements
- Advanced Figma skills, including expertise in design libraries, library management, token architecture, components, variables, and modes
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail, with a senior level focus on detail and problem solving
- Experience in maintaining, auditing, and releasing Figma files monthly
- Strong understanding of front-end coding languages and technical environments of Web, iOS, and Android
