You will communicate with customers to understand their needs and drive the full design process from beginning to end. This includes creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and designs while collaborating closely with the development team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their problems, needs, and desired outcomes
- Drive the full design process, working through solutions from beginning to end, translating the above into high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and designs
- Work closely with the development team to build, iterate, and ship solutions to the growing customer base of 3,000+ coaches & gyms
Requirements
- A minimum of 4+ years in designing SaaS applications for both web and mobile platforms
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric designs
- Attention to detail with a high bar for quality in both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
- Strong skills in conducting user research, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other methods to gather insights and inform design decisions
Key Skills
- Expertise in using Figma for designing and prototyping
- Familiarity and basic level understanding of front-end and back-end development processes to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
