Responsibilities
- Lead with autonomy and clarity
- Drive initiatives and propose new paths forward
- Own high-impact workstreams
- Guide key product experiences from zero to one
- Partner with leaders to define strategy and influence roadmaps
- Mentor and elevate the design team
Requirements
- 12+ years of product design experience
- Substantial time spent in in-house roles at scaled product companies
- Portfolio showcasing visionary thinking and crisp visual execution
- Deep familiarity with cross-functional product development
- Confidence working independently
