Product Designer (Bangkok - Based, Relocation Provided)

Agoda is seeking an Enterprise Product Designer to join their design team in Bangkok. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a UX/Interaction designer and will work closely with product stakeholders to collaborate and execute on the product teamās roadmap and milestones.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on design solutions for moderately complex enterprise business scenarios and well-defined business problems, aligning with property partnersā vision and our business goals
- Actively engage in research and collaborate with our researcher to evaluate the impact of proposed solutions, driving improvements and refinements towards achieving desired outcomes in property partner-facing products
- Acquire deep domain knowledge in both B2B and B2C aspects of the OTA (Online Travel Agency) business through daily collaboration with product leaders, analyzing research insights, and working closely with product stakeholders
- Represent āAgoda Designā by advocating user-centric design principles and engaging with external property partner touchpoints
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to drive continuous discovery processes, validating and shaping ideas to experiment with and build upon, thereby influencing enterprise product strategy and roadmap
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web-based products
- In-house designer experience highly preferred
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders with agile development process
- Proficient in creating wireframes, UX design tools and prototyping
- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions as it relates to web-based products or mobile applications that with complexities
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
- Worked with enterprise products or B2B domain as a big plus
