Virta Health is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape the user experience across clinician and patient-facing products, driving high-quality designs that improve outcomes for users.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design process
- Drive clarity by distilling complex problems into simple solutions
- Conduct user research to understand member and clinician needs
- Develop user-centric designs balancing business goals and technical constraints
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers
- Facilitate co-creation workshops and design sprints
- Test and iterate designs
- Integrate AI-powered features into the user experience
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design
- Strong sense of ownership and proactive leadership
- Strategic mindset with a balance of business goals and user needs
- Deep expertise in UX/UI design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Collaboration skills
