The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for designing long-form publications and creating motion graphics for various digital campaigns. This role involves collaborating with writers and editors to ensure content accuracy while maintaining SikhRI’s visual identity.
Responsibilities
- Design long-form publications, reports, and educational resources in Adobe InDesign
- Translate research-based content into engaging visual narratives
- Collaborate with writers and editors to ensure content accuracy and clarity
- Design and animate motion graphics for courses, events, and digital campaigns
- Edit long-form educational videos and short promotional clips
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience in graphic and motion design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Strong command of typography, layout systems, color theory, and motion design principles
- Ability to edit and produce high-quality video content
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Excellent English comprehension and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
