Product Designer (User Growth/Tablet) - TikTok Design (San Jose)

The UX/UI Designer will design for TikTok Tablet, Web, and related AR platforms, targeting global users and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create products with the best user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design for TikTok Tablet, Web, and related AR platforms that target global users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, UX writers, and engineers
• Participate in every aspect of the product development process, from generating ideas to refining pixel-perfect designs before launch
• Rapidly prototype conceptual product ideas, design user flows based on data analysis and user research, gather feedback from various stakeholders, iterate on designs, and deliver products with the best user experience
• Continuously optimize and take responsibility for the overall product experience

Requirements

• Experience in UX and UI design, having led multiple design projects from strategy to launch
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with Design System for mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Ability to iterate quickly and generate a wide range of design concepts
• Open-minded and receptive to feedback
• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of handling rapid changes and less-than-ideal situations
• Excellent communication skills
