The Graphic Designer will support a wide range of creative projects, including digital PDFs, pitch decks, branding, email design, and web graphics. This role requires collaboration with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual assets tailored to ministry-focused messaging.
Responsibilities
- Design digital PDFs, pitch decks, infographics, booklets, curricula, pamphlets, flyers, posters, banners, signs, postcards, letters, and T-shirts
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and project objectives
- Create and format email templates in HubSpot and Kit
- Optimize email assets for readability, conversions, and mobile responsiveness
- Perform light front-end updates using WordPress (Avada and Divi Builder)
- Maintain visual and structural consistency across web projects
- Develop logos, email headers, posters, and social media graphics
- Create branding for fundraising campaigns, special projects, and annual themes
- Collaborate with senior designers on larger creative initiatives
- Upload and manage video content on YouTube and other digital platforms
- Participate in weekly team and client meetings conducted via Zoom or Google Meet
- Communicate proactively about timelines, revisions, and project needs
Requirements
- Professional graphic design experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Kit, and WordPress preferred
- Video editing experience is a plus
- Ability to work and attend meetings during U.S. Eastern Time (EST)
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities
- Reliable internet connection and strong English communication skills
