Mercy is seeking a User Experience Researcher to conduct user testing sessions and gather data on user interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user testing sessions to gather qualitative and quantitative data
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts
- Analyze and document user feedback
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years' experience demonstrating capabilities and success in the industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
