Analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points and create impactful solutions. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers throughout the design process.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customers and business problems to identify the pain points
- Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions for problems
- Present your design work and articulate your design decisions
- Update the acceptance criteria and define the logic to your work
- Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers and Developers
- Utilize multiple platforms, such as the employee portal, the employer portal, and the admin dashboard for customer support to solve problems
- Build and update components in the Design system (designing and documenting components in Figma with the design system team)
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and mobile apps
- Strong knowledge and experience in both UX and UI design
- Experience with design systems
- Able to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with minimal oversight in a development team
- Experience contributing to all stages of the development process, from ideation to design QA
- Able to balance deep focus and efficient execution
