Principal Product Designer

As a Principal Product Designer, you will lead the design within a core product area and define the user experience vision. You will deliver simple, elegant, and impactful solutions to millions of users while driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the design strategy and execution for a key product domain
• Drive end-to-end customer journeys that make complex financial tools feel simple and delightful
• Deliver high-quality end-to-end design work: concepts, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with other teams across the organisation
• Champion data-driven design decisions that measurably improve customer success and engagement

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience crafting impactful digital products
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional product thinking and the ability to make complex systems feel simple
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail and craft
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders

Key Skills

• Proficiency in shaping and growing design systems
• Experience in leading 0-to-1 projects or major redesigns
• Demonstrated ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights to drive product success
