The Product Designer will own the design process from research and ideation to visual design and validation. They will collaborate with various teams to create intuitive, user-centered solutions for cloud infrastructure tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the design process end to end, from research and ideation through to visual design and validation
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps to create intuitive, user-centered solutions
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and beautiful interfaces
- Conduct user research and usability testing with internal and external users
- Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished designs for new and existing features
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to maintain visual and functional consistency
Requirements
- 2-4 years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments
- Portfolio showing end-to-end design work, from discovery to execution
- Understanding of the full product design process - research, ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery
- Ability to simplify complex, technical information into clear and intuitive user experiences
- Curiosity and eagerness to dive into technical domains (e.g. cloud, DevOps, infrastructure)
- Proficiency in Figma for UX/UI design, prototyping, and working with design systems
