Lead projects from start to finish, taking ownership from initial customer insight through design and testing. Design customer-facing solutions and back-end tooling to enhance the grocery shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from start to finish, taking ownership of the product process from initial customer insight through concept, interface design, prototyping, implementation, and testing
- Design customer-facing solutions and the back-end tooling to support them
- Run user research and usability testing
- Create clear and usable interfaces within the design system
- Collaborate across disciplines to solve problems and deliver high-quality experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms
- Experience leading projects in cross-functional product teams, collaborating closely with developers
- Rock solid skills in interaction design, including architecture, concept models, task flows, wireframes, and prototyping
- Figma skills
- Experience with service design or end-to-end product design processes
- Comfortable setting up and running a usability test from start to finish
- Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish
