UX Designer

Lead projects from start to finish, taking ownership from initial customer insight through design and testing. Design customer-facing solutions and back-end tooling to enhance the grocery shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, taking ownership of the product process from initial customer insight through concept, interface design, prototyping, implementation, and testing
• Design customer-facing solutions and the back-end tooling to support them
• Run user research and usability testing
• Create clear and usable interfaces within the design system
• Collaborate across disciplines to solve problems and deliver high-quality experiences

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms
• Experience leading projects in cross-functional product teams, collaborating closely with developers
• Rock solid skills in interaction design, including architecture, concept models, task flows, wireframes, and prototyping
• Figma skills
• Experience with service design or end-to-end product design processes
• Comfortable setting up and running a usability test from start to finish
• Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish
