Staff Product Designer

Contribute to product and design strategy while owning the end-to-end user journey. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive experiences for both builders and consumers in the Base ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy
• Own the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and XFN peers to help define and execute on the product roadmap
• Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive for clients
• Participate in regular design critiques to receive and provide feedback on design work

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing exceptional product experiences
• Contributions to at least one onchain app or experience
• Experience validating design solutions with user research, prototype testing, and quantitative methods
• Comfortable presenting work to a wide range of stakeholders for input at various stages of the design process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
