Brady Corporation is looking for a UX Designer to create clear, accessible, and data-informed user experiences for their global e-commerce and software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Apply UX best practices and design fundamentals
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of Brady's global design system
- Support Figma prototype production, annotation, and developer handoff
- Assist in content and component creation, QA and maintenance during Sitecore XM and Adobe Magento 2 platform migrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interactive Media, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of UX or UI design experience
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and information architecture
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Figma

- Experience collaborating with development teams using HTML/CSS handoff and QA workflows
