UX Designer

Oda is looking for a UX Designer to join their team for a temporary position, leading projects from start to finish and designing customer-facing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish: Take ownership of projects from the initial idea through concept, design, prototyping, implementation and testing
• Design customer-facing solutions and the back-end tooling to support them
• Run user research and usability testing: Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and gather feedback to inform and validate designs
• Create clear and usable interfaces: Design user interfaces within our design system, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency across platforms
• Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with others in product, design, and engineering to solve problems and deliver high-quality experiences

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms
• Experience leading projects in cross-functional product teams
• Rock solid skills in interaction design, including architecture, concept models, task flows, wireframes, and prototyping
• Figma is our tool of trade
• Experience with service design or end-to-end product design processes
• Comfortable setting up and running a usability test from start to finish
• Ability to use an existing design system to get to shippable UI
