Graphic Designer

Design high-impact presentations and proposals tailored to client messaging, incorporating custom graphics and visualizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance technical content through compelling design.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact presentations, proposals, and other client-facing deliverables
• Lead and manage all creative aspects of a project from initial concept through final execution
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to meet specific client or pursuit preferences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with proposal managers, sales teams, and subject matter experts to visually interpret and enhance technical content through compelling design
• Blend imagery, infographics, photography, and multimedia elements to create engaging visual narratives that support business development goals
• Prepare materials for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and quality across formats
• Support the team by organizing and maintaining templates and graphics libraries for future reuse of materials

Requirements

• Strong team player who embraces mentorship and feedback with a growth mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Professional
