The Senior Graphic Designer will design and create engaging visuals for digital platforms and develop brand-aligned graphics that reflect MicroBIM’s identity. They will collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance communication and storytelling through impactful visual content.
Responsibilities
- Design and create engaging visuals for digital platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, and marketing materials
- Develop brand-aligned graphics, icons, and UI elements that reflect MicroBIM’s identity and values
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver impactful visual content that enhances communication and storytelling
- Maintain design consistency across all internal and external materials
- Support product UI/UX improvements through design insights and visual refinements
- Create layouts and design templates for campaigns, newsletters, and company documents
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and performance goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in a tech or creative environment)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design
- Experience designing for both print and digital media
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
