Develop visual concepts and produce B2B materials such as brochures and digital ads. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to transform complex technical information into engaging visuals.
Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts and produce B2B materials such as brochures, datasheets, digital ads, presentations, and event assets
- Interpret briefs from the Strategic and Digital Marketing Managers and ensure designs align with brand guidelines
- Transform technical and complex product information into clear, compelling visual content
- Use GenAI tools to generate 3D assets from STEP files, create video animations, and support rapid visual prototyping
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to gather requirements and present design proposals
- Ensure high-quality, consistent visual output and stay updated on design trends and emerging GenAI technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with a strong B2B portfolio
- Proven experience with GenAI tools, including 3D asset generation from technical files (STEP/CAD) and AI-generated animation and video for corporate/technical use
- Experience collaborating with Strategic and Digital Marketing teams
- Familiarity with tools like Nano Banana (or similar GenAI platforms) is a strong advantage
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Experience with 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max) is a plus
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering for accurate and targeted GenAI outputs
- Knowledge of relevant file formats: JPEG, PNG, SVG, GIF, MP4, MOV, STEP, OBJ, FBX, etc
- Highly creative with strong aesthetic judgment tailored to B2B audiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, especially with technical content
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn emerging technologies
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- Strategic thinking, with an understanding of marketing objectives and digital performance needs
