The Senior Product Designer will work closely with the engineering team to develop an external scheduling tool aimed at improving clinic operations. This role involves rapidly prototyping user experiences and contributing to a design system that supports all products.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype user experiences directly with users across the company
- Contribute to a new and small design system that supports all products
- Build clear information hierarchies and opinionated workflows that power confident and correct decisions
- Balance long-term vision with iterative development to get there
- Distill the complexity of American healthcare into intuitive, informative, and efficient interfaces
Requirements
- Strong portfolio including process documentation, end-to-end project ownership, and taming complexity into delightful usability
- Passion to design for a better world
- Grit, craft, and meticulousness to build in the real world
- Clear success outcomes for what you design and a high personal bar for meeting those goals
