Lead UI/UX Designer

Lead end-to-end design processes and create intuitive interfaces for TensorWave's cloud platform. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to solve complex design challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff
• Design enterprise-grade dashboards and interfaces that simplify complex GPU cloud management workflows
• Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across the growing product suite
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify optimization opportunities
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building the design culture as the company scales
• Partner with product management to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of product design experience, preferably in IaaS, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure
• Proven track record designing complex enterprise dashboards and data-heavy interfaces
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaborative design workflows
• Strong foundation in visual design principles, user experience methodology, and rapid prototyping
• Experience with project management tools (Jira or equivalent) and familiarity with version control systems (GitHub)
