Responsibilities
- Design intuitive experiences and own the end-to-end design process
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, uncover insights, and validate designs
- Partner with product and engineering to ship polished features that improve the user experience
- Establish design patterns and enhance the design system
- Stay up to date on design trends and find inspiration to invent new interaction and visual paradigms for finance and accounting
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for complex products
- Experience working on complex domains and navigating ambiguity
- Ability to drive projects forward to deliver intuitive and elegant experiences
