Design intuitive experiences and own the end-to-end design process from early concepts to implementation. Conduct user research to understand user needs and partner with product and engineering to ship polished features.

  • Design intuitive experiences and own the end-to-end design process
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, uncover insights, and validate designs
  • Partner with product and engineering to ship polished features that improve the user experience
  • Establish design patterns and enhance the design system
  • Stay up to date on design trends and find inspiration to invent new interaction and visual paradigms for finance and accounting

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for complex products
  • Experience working on complex domains and navigating ambiguity
  • Ability to drive projects forward to deliver intuitive and elegant experiences
