Responsibilities
- Design intuitive interfaces and user journeys for NESO applications
- Work with the UX Lead, developers, and product teams to turn ideas into usable designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs using tools like Figma or Sketch
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs
- Help maintain a design system and component library for consistency
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and work across devices
Requirements
- Experience in UX design and user-centred design principles
- Skilled in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite)
- Understanding of Design Thinking, Jobs to be done framework, agile ways of working, and user research
- Delivery mindset and ability to create clarity with ambiguous information
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Key Skills
- Experience in UX design and user-centred design principles
- Skilled in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite)
- Understanding of Design Thinking, Jobs to be done framework, agile ways of working, and user research
