Lead Product Designer - Palo Alto, United States, or Singapore

Drive end-to-end design initiatives from problem definition to final product delivery. Plan and prioritize design tasks in collaboration with PMs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end design initiatives, from problem definition to final product delivery
• Plan, prioritize, and structure design tasks and activities in collaboration with PMs and stakeholders
• Contribute to product strategy through visual storytelling, prototyping, and user-centric thinking
• Represent the design discipline in cross-functional discussions, ensuring design excellence
• Maintain hands-on involvement in conceptual and executional phases

Requirements

• Proven experience leading 0-to-1 product launches, ideally as the main or solo designer
• Strong project management mindset, able to plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively
• Experience working on B2B or consumer-facing platforms with a multimedia or social component
• Background in or exposure to companies with strong visual and interactive standards
• Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with high-quality visual design execution
