As a Lead Product Designer, you will oversee a team of 9 Product Designers while also engaging in strategic design execution. Your role includes defining design standards, ensuring user experience consistency, and collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams.

- Recruter, structurer et faire grandir lâĂ©quipe Design dans un contexte de scale
Requirements
- Solide expérience sur produits SaaS complexes, data-heavy ou multi-parcours
- 6+ ans dâexpĂ©rience en Product Design (dont expĂ©rience significative en Lead ou mentoring)
- MaĂźtrise experte de Figma, Design System, design tokens et workflows dâĂ©quipe
