Staff Product Designer, CRM & Mobile

As a Staff Product Designer, you will define the strategic vision and drive tactical execution for mobile applications and CRM product domains. You will mentor other designers and lead the design standards strategy for mobile experiences across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the craft of product design within the organization
• Own the mobile standards strategy, defining the long-term design standards and architecture for the entire mobile application
• Contribute to CRM product strategy, joining the CRM domain and owning a set of projects end-to-end
• Act as the governor and primary contributor for all new mobile patterns in the design system
• Produce high-quality design work, from concept sketches and wireframes to interactive prototypes and final, pixel-perfect UI specifications

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer
• Expert-level experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
• Proven experience driving design for a complex B2B/Enterprise SaaS product
• Deep mastery of modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and operate autonomously
