Design layouts for various monuments by manipulating vector-based artwork and typesetting. Communicate with Funeral Homes and Sales Representatives to clarify design instructions and produce colored proofs for each iteration of a monument.
Responsibilities
- Manipulate vector-based artwork and typesetting to design layouts for various monuments
- Communicate with Funeral Homes, Funeral Directors, and/or Sales Reps to problem solve and clarify design instructions
- Participate in all stages of the creative process, jumping in at any stage
- Review orders/design instructions to create, refine, and produce colored proofs for each iteration of a monument
- Produce between 15 to 25 monument sketches within a workday
Requirements
- Ability to manipulate vector-based artwork and typesetting to design layouts for various monuments
- Communication skills to work with Funeral Homes, Funeral Directors, and/or Sales Reps
- Ability to participate in all stages of the creative process
- Ability to review orders/design instructions to create, refine, and produce colored proofs for each iteration of a monument
