The Senior Graphic Designer will develop and execute comprehensive design concepts across multiple mediums, ensuring alignment with business objectives. They will lead design workshops, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality visual assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive design concepts grounded in design thinking principles
- Create a diverse range of design artifacts across multiple mediums
- Lead design thinking workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or minimum 4+ years of professional experience
- Demonstrated experience maintaining digital asset libraries and creating designs from concept through final visual production
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, strategic problem-solving, and brand strategy application
Key Skills
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Figma for digital design and prototyping
- Canva and familiarity with Adobe Firefly
