Graphic Designer (FULL TIME)

The Graphic Designer will design and produce high-quality marketing materials for print and digital channels, ensuring they reflect YMCA branding and mission. This role also involves managing print production, maintaining organized digital file libraries, and collaborating on social media content.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials for print and digital channels
- Manage print production, mailings, and vendor relationships
- Manage facility signage and visual displays
- Maintain organized digital file libraries
- Support internal and external communications through clear, engaging copy and visual storytelling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing, or communications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, color, and accessibility standards
