Senior Graphic Designer- Creative Services Marketing Team

Design and execute a wide range of creative assets for digital and print, collaborating closely with various teams to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a wide range of creative assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, website visuals (banners, icons), email campaigns, presentations, and print collateral (brochures, packaging).
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to translate marketing strategies and business objectives into compelling visual designs.
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all internal and external communications, ensuring all visuals adhere to established brand guidelines and design standards.
• Conceptualize and develop creative solutions, participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and user engagement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Requirements

• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in an agency or in-house design team required.
• Familiarity in prompt engineering and refining outputs from AI platforms such as Google Gemini, Adobe Firefly, or Runway to produce high-quality, on-brand visual assets.
• Experience integrating AI-generated elements into final designs and managing the ethical and legal considerations of using AI for commercial projects.
