Senior UX Researcher, Prevention

Senior UX Researcher to support a Clinical weight-loss program by uncovering deep user insights and guiding design of digital and service touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design UX research studies across the product/service lifecycle
• Partner with designers, product managers, behavioral-science and clinical teams to frame the right research questions
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
• Present research findings to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
• Help establish or improve research frameworks, repositories, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• 5-8 years of UX research experience in digital product environments
• Demonstrated mastery of a wide variety of research methods (qualitative + quantitative)
• Ability to translate research into actionable, strategic recommendations and influence non-research stakeholders
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and in agile or lean product development environments
