Best Version Media is seeking a UI/UX Designer to lead the design of high-impact internal systems, including a brand-new CRM and Service Portal implementation. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets for CRM, Service Portal, and ERP platforms
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system and cross-platform style guide
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Partner with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, including work on both packaged and custom/internal applications
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered methodologies
