We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead UX Designer to drive innovative user experiences for our digital products and ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to enhance and maintain our design system
- Ensure user experiences align with both business goals and user engagement strategies in partnership with Product Designers and Managers
- Conceptualize and ideate user-centric features that align with product strategies
- Rapidly build low and high-fidelity prototypes using human-centered design principles
Requirements
- 9-18 years of professional UX/UI design experience creating consumer-facing and B2B digital products
- Expertise in Figma, including mastery of design systems, dashboard creations, component detailing, and prototyping
- Deep understanding of design principles, including component properties, behaviors, and grid-based layouts
Key Skills
- Figma: Expertise in design systems, dashboard creations, component detailing, and prototyping
- Design principles: Deep understanding of component properties, behaviors, and grid-based layouts
- Design iteration and strategy: Ability to adapt components to fit a design North Star
