Zenport is seeking a designer who can design UX beyond mere visuals and UI, understanding business structures and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- UX design for customizable standard products at Zenport
- Lead problem-solving from a UX perspective, collaborating cross-functionally with PMs, CS, and consultants
- Conduct client interviews, requirements gathering, and propose/implement improvements
- Refine UX elements through discussions with PMs regarding button and flow designs
Requirements
- Experience negotiating with large corporations
- Practical experience in UX design
- Experience structuring challenges based on client interviews and leading to solutions
- Experience in design firms or consulting companies handling projects for large clients
- Experience collaborating with PMs and CS, or direct PM experience with involvement in UX
Key Skills
- UX design
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
- Communication skills
- Designing mechanisms and experiences that promote user ownership
