The UX Designer will lead the full user experience process, including research, fieldwork, interviews, and usability testing. They will also design and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and advocate for user-centered design practices.
Responsibilities
- Leading the full user experience process, including research, fieldwork, interviews, and usability testing
- Designing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Creating and improving transactional portals with a focus on usability and accessibility
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces using Figma
Requirements
- Senior profile with more than 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI
- Strong expertise in UX, UI, Design Systems, Figma, and Usability
- Proven experience working with transactional portals and complex digital platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, and empathy to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
