Senior UX Designer – Insurance Platforms

Lead UX design across end-to-end insurance workflows, ensuring seamless workflows and reduced friction for stakeholders. Create high-quality artifacts to guide engineering implementation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design across end-to-end insurance workflows, including submissions, quoting, binding, issuance, and policy maintenance
• Deliver new product experiences while continuously refining and optimizing existing workflows for usability and operational efficiency
• Own UX design for insurance product configuration projects, ensuring each product implementation has clear, validated, and scalable user flows and interfaces
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Technical Engineering Leads, and business stakeholders to translate complex insurance workflows into intuitive, efficient, and accessible user experiences

Requirements

• 3-7 years experience as a UX or Product Designer, ideally within insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
• Experience building, scaling, and maintaining design systems and component libraries
