The co-op will support the development of digital strategies and contribute to evolving customer interactions into innovative digital experiences. Responsibilities include component creation, documentation maintenance, and collaboration with product teams regarding the design system.
Responsibilities
- Component creation and refinement: Work with senior designers to develop new components and improve existing ones
- Documentation and maintenance: Maintain the design system's documentation by updating guidelines, naming conventions, and best practices
- Collaboration and support: Act as a point of contact for questions from other product teams regarding the design system
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree or undergraduate degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Science, Social Studies or related discipline
- General business level understanding of digital technologies, including web development, digital marketing, and software development
- Some knowledge of organizational transformation / change management and Agile methodologies is an asset
